The Founding Customer Program · Cohort of ten

Before you invest,
challenge what you believe.

An independent Consumer Intelligence Review of one marketing asset — before the budget is committed.

You bring one asset and one belief about why it will work. We stress-test that belief independently and return an Executive Verdict — the considered judgement you need to commit with confidence.

Ten places One complete review, no cost — in exchange for candid feedback.

Consumer Intelligence Review
Overall assessment
Strong, with critical tensions
Decision — proceed, once two key assumptions are resolved.
The asset shows clear value and genuine relevance to the intended buyer. Two assumptions carry material risk and are worth resolving before launch.
Strategic

The narrative supports the objective, but leans on a differentiation claim not yet proven.

Behavioural

Intent is clear — though a real reader is likely to hesitate before the ask.

Structural

Logical and easy to follow, with one selective gap in the evidence.

Executive read

Lead with the proof; strengthen the case behind the second claim.

Every marketing asset is built on assumptions.

Will buyers understand the message? Will the positioning land? Will the evidence persuade — and will the story support the decision you're asking people to make?

Most organisations discover the answers after they've committed the budget. By then, the assumptions have already been paid for.

SignoSI examines those assumptions before you commit — while changing your mind still costs nothing.

What you receive

Not a score. Not a dashboard.
A verdict you could take into a boardroom.

A structured decision memo, in six parts — the same shape every founding customer receives.

01

The decision

The single, plain-English call on your asset — proceed, proceed after changes, or reconsider.

02

The tensions

The genuine disagreements you'll need to resolve — surfaced and kept open, not decided for you.

03

Priority actions

The few specific things to change before you commit budget — enough to act on tomorrow.

04

Confidence

How strongly each finding is supported — in plain language, never a hollow number.

05

Where we may be wrong

The honest counter-case — what would have to be true for the verdict to be mistaken.

06

A conversation

An optional discussion after delivery, to walk through what the verdict means for you.

How it works

Four perspectives examine your asset.
The disagreements are preserved.

Because the important decisions rarely have one obvious answer — and the risk usually hides where the perspectives clash.

I
Strategic

Does the logic hold?

Commercial rationale, positioning, and the strength of the offer — assessed on their own terms.

II
Behavioural

Will a buyer act?

The friction, doubt, and quiet hesitation a real audience feels — challenged independently.

III
Structural

Is it coherent?

Clarity, information order, and internal consistency across the whole asset.

IV
Synthesis

What's the verdict?

The three reads are drawn together into one decision — with the tensions between them intact.

The distinctive mechanism

Most tools give you one opinion.
We give you the argument.

A single answer feels reassuring, and hides the risk. The strategic and behavioural reads run independently — and where they clash, that clash is kept.

The strategic read

"The offer is clear and the logic holds."

Positioning and commercial rationale, assessed on their own terms.

The behavioural read

"But a real buyer stalls at the third line."

The doubt and friction a real audience feels, challenged independently.

The verdict doesn't force these into agreement. It hands you the unresolved tension — and the decision only you can make. That's why its conclusions hold up.

What you can submit

One asset you're about to
put budget behind.

Whatever you submit, you bring a hypothesis with it — what you believe will make it work. That belief anchors the review.

Is this right for you?

The founding cohort suits some
situations more than others.

A strong fit if you are
  • Preparing an important launch or campaign
  • Refreshing your positioning or website
  • Creating high-value marketing collateral
  • Testing new messaging or a value proposition
  • Making a marketing decision that carries real cost
Probably not, if you
  • Want fully automated software today
  • Need an immediate, same-day turnaround
  • Aren't ready to act on candid, critical feedback
  • Have no live marketing decision to bring
Why only ten

The first cohort isn't about
scale. It's about learning.

We're keeping this cohort deliberately small, so we can work closely with every participant and learn what truly creates decision confidence.

  • Every review is personally overseen, start to finish.
  • Every piece of feedback sharpens the methodology.
  • Every founding customer shapes what SignoSI becomes.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is there really no cost?
The founding review is complimentary. In return, we ask for honest, structured feedback after you receive your Executive Verdict — that feedback is the whole reason the cohort exists.
How long does a review take?
Once your asset and hypothesis are submitted, you'll receive the expected turnaround with your acceptance. We'd rather set a realistic date and beat it than promise an instant answer.
What can I submit?
One marketing asset you're about to put budget behind — a landing page, advertisement, email campaign, pitch or sales deck, or a value proposition. One asset per organisation during the founding program.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Everything you submit remains your property and is treated as strictly confidential. Nothing attributable to you is used anywhere without your explicit written permission.
